Welcome to the first course in our Tiny Model House series! Take your drywall skills to the next level with this hands-on workshop focused on achieving a smooth, professional Level 5 finish—ideal for walls under bright light or glossy paint. You'll learn how to skim coat, sand, and prep surfaces like a pro, even if you’ve only done basic patching before. Perfect for homeowners ready to upgrade their walls and their DIY game. We will cover: - The differences between level 4 and level 5 finishes - Tools required for skim coating - Surface preparation and primer sealing - Advanced brush techniques for painting This class will also include some time for Q&A's regarding students' individual home projects. If you are interested in the installation of drywall or plaster/lath walls or general homeowner techniques for painting/repairing drywall - we encourage you to check out our other classes that focus on these topics.
